Bat removal from a structure consist of tricking the bats to leave out of a device called a bat valve. The bat valve lets them leave but when they come back they find this valve unable to let them back in. I’ve seen many ways people have used to do this most methods have become trade secrets for each company. A trademark in what each company found worked best for them. We also have our own and have used the same method for the past decade here in Georgia. The objective to it is getting the bats out alive and then sealing up the entry points. This can be a simple job or a full home sealing depending on the areas of entry.
